Note
Before you submit a ticket, try searching the Help Center for a relevant help article. You may be able to find the answer to your question and get it solved right away using the Help Center.
- Click Submit a Request.
Then choose the type of request. - Fill in all the required and applicable optional fields.
Note
Some helpful information to include is:
- User ID
- User Role
- Course ID and Name
- Specific Lesson and/or Activity within the Course
- What you expected to happen versus what did happen
- Ex: I was trying to access my course due dates, but they didn't load.
- Add screenshots or screencasts as attachments.
Then click Submit.

When taking a screenshot or screencast, please include your whole window. That way we can see all relevant information on the page to best help you with your request.

Then you'll be taken to the activity page for that ticket. This is where you can track the progress of your submitted ticket.
