Star a Conversation In Your Inbox

In this article, we will show you how to start a conversation in your LMS inbox

Note

The inbox feature of your LMS allows users to send and receive messages within the LMS. Users can see messages across all their courses and can filter for messages pertaining to a specific course.

To learn how to filter your inbox, go here.

Click Inbox from the sidebar on the left.
Select a conversation.

Click the gear icon.
Then click Star.

Note

Then you'll see a star icon on the conversation. You can also filter for starred conversations.
