Host a Confrence with BigBlueButton

Note

BigBlueButton is a web conferencing feature that allows teachers to present and interact with students. If you're interested in using BigBlueButton at your school, reach out to your partner success manager.

  1. Click Courses on the left hand side, then click All Courses.
    • If you're an admin, make sure you have selected the correct school
      and course within that school.
  2. Select the course you want to work in. 
    Then click the Conferences tab.

  3. Click Start next to your scheduled conference.

  4. Connect to the audio.

    Note

    Then you can start to present. To learn more about adjusting the settings, go here.

  5. Click the menu in the top right hand corner.
    Then click End Meeting.

    Click Yes.

    Click End     next to the conference.

    Click OK to confirm.
