Hide Course Tabs From Students

  • In this article, we will show you how to hide the navigation tabs in your course from students
  1. Click Courses on the left hand side, then click All Courses.
    • If you're an admin, make sure you have selected the correct school
      and course within that school.
  2. Select the course you want to work in. 
    Click the Settings tab.

  3. Then click Navigation.

  4. Click the gear icon next to the tab you want to hide from students.
    Then click Disable.

    Note

    Disabled tabs will move to a different section of the Navigation list. If students navigate to that tab they will be automatically taken to the course home page.

    Click Save.

    Note

    Then your course will have a Teacher Tools tab. Any tabs you've disabled will be found in Teacher Tools.
