Setting Up the Student Profile

Objective: Learn to customize your student profile in SMC.

How-To Guide 

1. From the Navigation bar in SMC, select the arrow next to the user's name in the top right corner.
2. Select My Profile.
3. From the Profile page, user has a variety of customization options:
   • Update Avatar: Select the pencil icon  in the banner to update the avatar. 
   • Interests: Select the plus icon in the Photos area to add photos to your profile. This will allow SMC to suggest groups and communities to join.
   • Groups: View assigned academic classrooms and groups in which the user is a member. Select the plus icon in the Groups area to add available groups from the organization.
