View assignments submitted using Google Drive

  • In this article, we will show you how to view assignments that students have submitted using Google Drive

Note

Once Google Drive is setup, you'll see a Google Drive tab in your course. Teachers and students will be able to authorize their Google Drives to access their personal Google Drive files and folders within the course.

After they authorize their Google Drive account, students will be able to submit assignments from their Google Drive.At this time, StrongMind only supports Google Docs submissions.

Then teachers will be able to view and grade those assignments submitted from Google Drive.

  1. Click Courses on the left hand side, then click All Courses.
    • If you're an admin, make sure you have selected the correct school
      and course within that school.
  2. Select the course you want to work in. 
    Click the Assignments tab.
    Then click the assignment you want to view submissions for.

  3. There are two ways you can view assignment submissions.
      • Click SpeedGrader.

        Select a student from the dropdown.
        Then you will see the student's assignment submission within SpeedGrader.

      • Click Download Submissions.
        Then a zip file with assignment submissions will be downloaded to your computer.
