- Click Courses on the left hand side, then click All Courses.
- If you're an admin, make sure you have selected the correct school
and course within that school.

- Select the course you want to check student progress in.
- There are several ways to confirm student progress within a course.

View Progress
In the Modules tab, click View Progress.
Select a student.Note
Then you will see the Module progress for each student. This progress includes course content a student has yet to view, assignments a student has yet to submit, and assignments a student has submitted that need to be graded by the teacher.
- Unlocked means the student has completed the prerequisite activities to begin work in that module
- In Progress means the student has started to complete that module
- Locked means the student has not completed the prerequisite activities to begin work in that module -
Grades
Select the Grades tab.
Then click on a student.

Then you will see the list of assignments for each student with the assignment due date, student's submission date and their score.

View Grading History
Select the Grades tab.
Click the gear icon.
Then click View Grading History.
Note
Then you'll see a chronological list of graded assignments.
- Graded on submission shows the assignments that have been graded by the system.
- Where you see your name will show where you entered a grade for the assignment in the gradebook. -
Snapshot
Click the Snapshot tab.

Under Student Details, you can see relevant information for each student like their days since last submission, missing assignments, course progress, and requirements completed.

Total Activity
Select the People tab.
Under the Total Activity column, you'll see the student's total time spent in the course. -
Student Access Report
Select the People tab.
Then click on a student.
Click Access Report.
Note
Then you can check the heat map to see what days and times this student accesses your course. The darker a square is the more frequently the student accesses the course at that day and time.
Under Content, you can view:
- how many times a student has viewed content
- how many times the student has participated (i.e. submitting an assignment, taking an exam)
- the date and time the student last viewed the content
